New Season, New Sips at The Bridge: Meet The New Spring Cocktail Lineup

Westport is shaking off winter, and so are we. The Bridge is kicking off spring with a fresh lineup of cocktails designed for easy evenings, river views, and good company.

Our team has been working behind the scenes to craft six new iconic specialty cocktails that bring a little more brightness, a little more edge, and a lot more flavor to your night out. Whether you’re upstairs, on the patio, or by the water under our riverside cabanas, there’s a new favorite waiting for you.

From herbaceous and floral to tropical and bold, each drink is a story, a season, and a journey in a glass. Tucked inside our historic riverside building at 541 Riverside Avenue in the heart of Saugatuck, The Bridge’s bar program has quickly become a standout—equal parts refined and refreshingly unexpected. Under the direction of our creative mixologists, we’re proud to unveil ‘the spring mix’ designed to elevate your evenings on the water.

Let’s meet the new stars of the season:

🍊 LE JARDIN

Gin | Orange | Rosemary

Crisp, clean, and quietly elegant. Served in a coupe and kissed with a rosemary sprig and citrus zest, Le Jardin is our ode to spring gardens in full bloom. Think of it as a morning stroll through fresh dew and sunshine—light, floral, and unmistakably refreshing.

🌸 DAHLIA

Grapefruit | Floral Essence | Highball Sparkle

As vibrant as it is balanced, the Dahlia shines with grapefruit zest and delicate floral notes. Served tall and bright in a highball, it's spring in full technicolor. This is your go-to for a patio sunset toast.

🍍 BELOW DECK

Rum | Coconut | Pineapple | Pineapple Leaf Garnish

Sweet, tropical, and just the right amount of cheeky. Below Deck brings a lush escape to our riverside retreat—crafted for those craving something fun and fruity. It's the closest you'll get to island time without leaving Connecticut.

🥃 AFTERGLOW

Larceny Bourbon | Aperol | Lime | Faccia Brutto | Demerara | Muddled Tangerine | Fresh Mint

Created by Mixologist Merlinda K, Afterglow is a standout bourbon cocktail that's both citrus-forward and deeply nuanced. With mint on the finish and tangerine in the soul, it's got all the brightness of a spring day with the depth of a golden hour.

🌶 THE “SAUGATAUK”

Lalo Tequila | Lemon | Chinola Mango | Ancho Reyes | Honey Foam | Fernet | Pink Peppercorn

A bold play on flavors and words, The “Saugatauk” (yes, that's a cheeky nod to Montauk) is a high-octane tequila martini with layers of tropical fruit, heat, and a whisper of fernet. Dreamed up by Mixologist Christopher G, this is the drink that dares to redefine the season—and the shoreline.
